To remove/fix the problem ...
	Go to the Menu Options under the Tool Icon. Select Under the Bonnet, then click Manage Certificates button (click on the image below to view larger image). Select Intermediate Authorities. Find "www.verisign.com/CPS incorp.by Ref. LIABILITY LTD. (c)97 VeriSign" in the list. Click Remove Button. Close chrome and try again by going to https://www.paymate.com (Clicking this link will open a new browser window to PayMate)
