Shipping, Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Shipping Policy

When you place your order, PayPal will send an order confirmation. This also confirms that we have received your order. If you have not received an order confirmation from PayPal, please check that you have completed the payment process.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order has been received.

Domestic orders are fulfilled through Australia Post with an estimated shipment time of 3-10 business days. International orders are sent with Australia Post International.

Please note we are not responsible for an order once Australia Post has marked it as "Delivered”.

To ensure your delivery arrives to the correct destination and on time, please ensure that someone is available to sign and collect the delivery.

We currently offer FREE shipping on orders over $50, or $8.95 on orders under $50 in Australia.

New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore is $25.
All other International locations are $40 AUD.

International shipping.

Orders that are designated for international shipping outside of Australia may be subjected to taxes, customs duties and other fees by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these fees.


Contact us by email or phone 1300 729 699 - 4 hours after placing your order during business hours to request a cancellation. Once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel. Refunds for cancellations are applied within 3 to 5 business days allowing for bank transfer times.

Returns and refunds

We will accept returns on products damaged during shipping with proof of purchase (order receipt), and if returns are completed within 7 days of shipment.

Please contact our customer service or 1300 729 699 with your order number and the item you would like to return. Customer service will authorize the request and provide you with return instructions.

Refunds will be given within 10 days of the goods returned to us. Processing and bank transfers may take 3 to 7 business days.
