Refund policy

We will accept returns on products damaged during shipping with proof of purchase (order receipt), and if returns are completed within 7 days of shipment.
Please contact our customer service info@manukahoneybalm.com or 1300 729 699 with your order number and the item you would like to return. Customer service will authorize the request and provide you with return instructions.

Refunds will be given within 10 days of the goods returned to us. Processing and bank transfers may take 3 to 7 business days.
